“Nilsen become interested in experimental music at an early age, creating his first solo project, Morthond, at just 15, while playing guitar and bass in local bands. His first album, Death Time, was a cassette released on Sound Source, the now defunct debut-only sub-label of Sweden’s Cold Meat Industries, in 1991. Parent label Cold Meat Industries, one of the oldest experimental music labels in Sweden, released Nilsen’s next missive, The Crying Game, on CD the same year. Grym setlist med bara löjligt bra låtar. Fast med CRAFT så kan man nog inte gå fel även om man slumpade fram låtar. Tjock dimma på scen som sig bör på Debaser Strand. Gillar rök men med en annan typ av belysning blir det lite struktur i det hela. På Strand är det alltid bara en tjock dimmig matta över allting. Men man får ju ta det som det kommer som vanligt. En gammal bekant, Tobias J. (Neuronaut, ex-Diabolical osv), har börjat hoppa in som livegitarrist och gjorde faktiskt jävligt bra ifrån sig.
Tårtkalas innan gigsen (Michaela fyllde år!). Inte en droppe kaffe i huset. Nån snodde björnbäret #neverforget. Slut på meddelanden.

Fortfarande mitt bästa fynd det här året!

 

Allt sitter och det soundet är inte att förakta! Nu har jag lyckats pricka in tre av dom fortfarande rätt få livegigsen dom gjort. Den allra första var för ganska exakt ett år sen i Härnösand. Där var jag ju inte men såg deras andra spelning ever på Black Mass GBG i våras. Hoppas på många fler!
