365925And then the live part of the evening (no supportbands)! Most of  the crowd were expecting something new and different from the band, but everytime you hear something like that, you can´t really know how it will turn out.

And in this case we got one of the best Swedish albums ever released in mind.  I love “The Horror” and wasn´t really sure how much “new and different” I could take.  Actually it was more than OK!  I absolutely loved the new stuff!! So it´s all good:))

Great gig by mighty SWITCHBLADE!!

 

The band is really just two guys, Tim Bertilsson (Drums) and Johan Folkesson (guitar), but they got more people on stage. On keyboards Per Wiberg (Spiritual Beggars, Candlemass, ex-Opeth) and as guest vocalists David Johansson (Kongh) and The Cuckoo (Terra Tenebrosa).

Magic!!!! I left before Cult of Luna entered the stage (sorry!!), so no pics on them:/

526406_435122036564456_1905380888_n Some whatever pics from my weekend in Derby. Was invited by the band to work as the official photographer at the show at the Assembly Rooms and ended up with loads of photos.

Not done with all of them yet, and I also need to wait for the band to decide which ones they want to use. But eventually I´ll upload some galleries here.
Two days of hard work at the venue for both the band and crew, but the result was awesome!!

Had a great time with everybody involved and my young Finnish friend Tommi (who actually got himself a job as soon as he found out about the event,  just to get the money for this trip. Total dedication!:).

Ett av dom plattorna som jag inte har själv så snodde (dom flesta)  bilderna på nätet. Bidrog med en livebild på Joseph (Toll) som togs på Muskelrock 2012. Gillar den bilden rätt mycket själv och hade flera liknande, men speciellt en av dom hade jag postat omkring rätt mycket så antar att dom ville ha nån som inte hade synts redan till överdrifter. Dom andra livebilderna är tagna av Maija Lahtinen (nuförtiden Ajomo) och Rui Soares. 
ENFORCER inspelningar har jag inte lyssnat på sådär galet mycket, för håller mig rätt strikt på den extrema sidan när det kommer till hårdrock/metal, men har sett flera gigs och dom är alltid ett satbra liveband! Bra folk i bandet också så hade inga problem att medverka i detta:)

Some birthday bash! Sweden Rock Magazine celebrated the 100th issue and treated us with the two best Swedish bands ever (the whole list is in the latest magazine!) voted by 40 rock/metal jornalists. ENTOMBED made it to the honourable second place. Congrats again guys!!!:))
