GRAVE DIGGER har existerat sen 1980 (1980-1986,1986-1987 (Digger),1988-1991(Hawaii),1991-), bytt namn ett par gånger, line upen har ändrats genom åren men vokalisten “Reaper” Boltendahl har varit med sen dag ett. Kan inte säga att jag har lyssnat så mycket på dom men det var en rolig spelning:) Energi har dom iaf så det räcker.

GEFLE METAL FESTIVAL 2018
Bästa sättet att landa ordentligt i Sverige var nog att gå på festival för ett par dagar. Lite mera i fas och uppdaterad nu;) Ska beta av lite bilder nu tänkte jag, och iom att jag huxflux skaffade mig ett nytt system att lära så har jag insett att jag failade rejält på vissa tekniska detaljer. Fukkade upp lite basic saker som fokuspunkter och sånt hahahaa xD Jaja. Nått borde man få ihop ändå.
Tacklista: Rock-Danne, Gefle Metal Festival, Den Töntige På Close Up, Anders & co på Lysvägen, allt bra folk man sprang på och inte hade så mycket tid eller ro att tjöta med som vanligt på festivaler. Diverse riktigt bra spelningar, maten var helt ok fast dyrt, ordentlig kaffe fanns att tillgå och även väder hade vi. Bra helg helt enkelt! Några bilder till att börja med. Mer kommer sen. DU XUYEAO – August 2017 in Beijing, China
This is my friend Du X., who owns the awesomest vintage clothing shop on Gulou Dongdajie in Beijing. Had a portrait shoot with him one morning before he opened the shop att 11AM.
Metalhead to the core (partly a sucky kind of melofolkdeath taste, but we do agree on many bands. Bathory, Motörhead and so on;) and a collector of all kinds of cool & creepy stuff. Like authentic kapala´s, shrunken heads, Navajo art and also all kinds of old tribal/ritual/sacrificial items from all over.
We were about to do one more shoot before I left Beijing for good for some weeks ago, but it didn´t happen. have to plan for it when I go and visit at some point. There have been some big changes going on in Beijing ever since I moved there May last year and they are far from done yet. Gulou Dongdajie is one of the most popular streets in town and the changes were about to happen there also. Big time. So no one really knows what´s going to happen. Du´s shop is still there for now at least. I´m keeping an eye on my old hood;)
Most of the collected items are not for sale, but they are all over the place, so even if you´re not into getting some nice garments, you can always pop in just to see all the other stuff.
So be sure to pay him a visit if you ever go to Beijing!!:)

GRÁ December 2017
Plåtning i Salem, nån gång innan julen 2017 med ett av mina favoritband: GRÀ. Det hela blev lite improviserat i små utrymmen så det blev lite knepigt med ljussättningen. I slutändan vart det bra ändå tycker jag. Med lite trix och fix:) Killarna i bandet har jag jobbat med förut så annars gick allting väldigt smidigt. Bra folk helt enkelt.

Cold Meat Industry 30 year Anniversary – Klubben, Sthlm 3-4/11 2017
I can´t say I´m any expert when it comes to this kind of music and was only familiar with a very few of the performing artists, but I was very happy to be there. Loved all the dark stuff, the crowd was really cool and dedicated, nice people in general and the organizers and the crew (including the crew dog Balder who stayed in his own trailer outside the venue) were amazing. And there were always coffee and something to eat :D Met a bunch of old friends and also made a couple of new ones. For me the most memorable performances were by Sephiroth, Mortiis, Ordo Rosarius Eq and In Slaughter Natives, just to single out some.
Due to venue rules I wasn´t allowed to shoot from the pit in the front (because the curtain in the pit and because it would have delayed the bands getting on and off stage. Go figure xD) and trying to bully my way to the frontline was not an option because that would have been disturbing and annoying for everyone trying to focus on the performances. So I couldn´t really go and explore the space:)) But as always one just have to work with what you´ve got, and in the end get a bunch of crappy pics and some cool ones.
