[2023-02-06: New edits of DEATHSTARS pics]

Avslutet på bästa festivalen.
Dagens Gåshud: TRIPTYKON – Goetia!!
 Dagens smidigaste (och kanske smartaste): bytet mellan Mayhem & Cannibal Corpse speltiderna.
Dagens blodigaste: Torture Division med gästinhopp av F.K.Û.
Dagens Sauna: Vader inne i Glasklockan. Även Dagens osmidigaste – alldeles för litet för Vaderpubliken. Alla fick inte plats. Attila körde naturellt och Switch Opens hade den mest true ljusteknikern på festivalen. Han själv gjorde sig extremt bra på bild också…i utomhusbelysning.

Dagens mesta Svett & Pondus: Corpsegrinder i direktsol och den hettan den medförde. Han ÄGDE som alltid!!
Dagens mesta Respekt: Martin i Lillasyster som knappast var helt smärtfri på scenen (diskbråck, rullstolsåk osv) men röjde på som fan ändå.
Dagens hoppsan: Hasse (Calm) i Rebel Collective. Upptäckte att han var med i bandet först när jag sorterade i bilderna.
Dagens Stockholmska Sexbomb: Deathstars!  Deras inlånade trummis Oscar lirade även senare med sitt andra band CrescenDolls i Gasklockan.
Dagens Ånger: att jag var så sen till The Haunted.
The Crown var fantastiskt bra  med Jonas S. (blir repris på Party.San!!), Marionette funkade skitbra med nya sångaren och gamla sångarens nya band Zombiekrig gjorde dagens röjigaste gig. Det var väl det jag kunde komma på just nu…

Lite stök får man alltid räkna med, men i allmänhet var nog allt bra denna helg. Saker och ting har funkat, folk har varit trevliga, vädret har varit kanon och det viktigaste: alla dessa fantastiska spelningar!! Det har varit mycket kvalitetstänk med i planeringen och det märktes nog. Hoppas succen fortsätter nästa år!  Vill tillbaks! Och önskar mig Carcass, Down, F.K.Û och Morbid Angel:))

And now to something totally different….
My friend Alexi (Pivotal Management) from Chicago asked me for awhile ago and if I could go and take some pics on the Marionette gig. He always ask me and I´m very glad he does:) Ever since I saw the band for the first time, I´ve loved them! Marionette is a GREAT liveband and I love the two albums they´ve made.
So if you are in to brutal, beautiful music with some good speed and  brilliant melodies check them out!! This time they got only about 20-25 minutes on the stage and as the first band out,  there were not so many people yet. Unfair, I think. The lights were a struggle as usual but with some help from Tintin, I could get some ok pics. And some….not so ok. But get to see all kinds as usual;))

Klubben for a couple of nights ago… Alexi from Marionettes management asked me if I could go and take some pics. I really liked Marionette live when I saw them last time at the same venue, so of course I did. I wasn´t so familiar with the headliners, August Burns Red from Pennsylvania.

Quite actionpacked hardcoremetal which I do like and I would have stayed a bit longer, but I just wanted to go home as soon as possible when I was done…
I really didn´t like the attitude & the way things (and myself) were handled by the LN staff & quards. They really master the art of taking away any good and enthusiastic feeling you can possibly have when you arrive to the venue. I got tired, depressed and 100 years older (so now i would be…dead??!!) A friend of mine told me to write a hateblog…naahhh. Peace & Love…and all that?

Talked to some nice people, though…Tintin, the Lord of the Lights, and the guys in the bar. And Calm-Daniel and his friend who got a chair thrown to his head at the pre-party…so he walked around bleeding. Hope he didn´t collapse or get some braindamages…

And now to something completely different:
I got my AC/DC ticket!!!! For the second concert, but still! I´m going to see Angus Young!
