Crowded house when TRIBULATION hosted the release party for their new album “The Formulas of Death” (Released about a week earlier by Invictus Productions). The best Püssy girls couldn´t be there with us, tho;( Lisa´s band The Baboon Show were on tour in Cuba and Alex went along with them. Just because she could. ) They were very much missed!!!
Jonathan Hultén (Guitars in TRIBULATION and artist at Necromantic Art) had a small exhibition showing the original album art. A really nice night with friends and other great people:)

Berget Bergman is a dear old (oooold;)) friend of mine and now he has released yet another M.M.I. album and the new stuff sounds really good!! He also trusted me once more to shoot all the pics needed. There´s a brand new line-up now and have to say the new guys are not bad at all. They rock!:) Lots and lots of people @ Anchor and I saw myself on the tv screens every now and then (the MMI dvd looping…scary shit:)). Cool gig and drunken mayhem in the crowd so over all it was a good party:))

sjmAt last I got to see IN SOLITUDE again. Haven´t seen them live since they played at Harry B. James for a long time ago. The Åhman brothers started up when they were really young and kept it going in style ever since. I´ll never forget the KATALYSATOR gig @ Uppsala Blodbad back in 2005. Pelle wasn´t even had his 13th birthday yet and all the guys in the band were like…kids:) Omfg what a great gig that was!!
Anyway, I got high expectations for this one and It didn´t go wrong. Fantastic show and i just loved it!! All my respect to the band! I´d really like to skip the GORGOROTH gig in Stockholm in november and go to Gothenburg instead to see these guys play with WATAIN and DEGIAL. Working on it…;) The band came recently back from a tour in US with DOWN and will be playing all over Europe this fall, so go and check them out! Really dark on stage so used a flash for some pics.

The main attraction for the evening which was all about Dr. LIVINGDEAD having a releaseparty for their self titled debut album.

A bunch of crazy mf:s all over the place (on and in front of the stage) so I found it  safest  to stay in the egde of the stage and not move about that much. Right in front of it wasn´t an option:) Total mayhem and chaos and crazy fun!!

Vårens event på 44:an när det var releaseparty för MORBID “Year of the Goat” och jag hade räknat med att inte hinna dit alls pga ett annat gig som var inbokad (ställa in var inget alternativ) sen länge. Men det visade sig att jag hann åtminstone en liten repa i all hast. Var lite sen vid ankomsten så såg inte hela giget med TYRANT, men hann med några pics.

Helgens kväll nr 2 var på Kafé 44 på Fred Estbys & NECRONAUTs releaseparty. Var lite trött och off efter fredagen så det blev inte så mycket bilder på folk fast det var en massa roliga på plats. Men några blev det i vilket fall.

Plattan har ju mängder med creddiga gästartister och flera av dom medverkade på partyt också. Reifert kunde väl också ha kommit förbi tycker jag;)) Definitivt en av dom där bra kvällarna! !
Gillar 44an och saknar lite förra hösten när det var en ruskig massa grymma spelningar där.  Lite öl i baren så är det den mysigaste platsen i världen.

The Kings of Voodoo Rock´n´Roll, the main reason I ended up at this place. Wanted to see them live for a long time now and thanks to Patrick (who also filmed and directed the new O-Kult video City of Sin) and SL (only slightly delayed traffic) I finally got away. Lots and lots of technical difficulties, but the crowd were in a good mood and didn´t really mind. I wish them best of luck with the new album!

Both bands celebrated their albumrelease at Lois. Order of Isaz´ got the most impressive line up with past and present in bands like bands like Therion, Tiamat and Necrophobic. So, I´m namedropping a bit:
Tobias Sidegård – Lead Vocals and guitar
Johnny Hagel – Bass
Magnus Barthelson – Guitar
Anders Lord – Drums & percussion
Sorry to say, the pics didn´t turn out that impressive. Didn´t really get the quality or feeling I was looking for.  So, I guess I have to go and take some new someplace soon:)
