INFERNO Kick Off in Stockholm at The Cave – first band out was Spazmosity with Ola Lindgren (Grave) on vocals.
Black Metal darkness. For real. Did my best, tho…

Haven´t seen Carnal Forge since…wait, have to check…2006 in Köping. They changed the vocalist for some time ago and Peter Tuthill does great as the frontman. The band seemed to have lots of fun on the stage. And off the stage. All over the place, really, because Tuthill obviously needed more space than the stage could provide;) Lots of crazy stuff…But now I know what all the buzz is about…
I like Construcdead and was a bit sad they cancelled, but I got to see Interment for the first time ever instead. Didn´t know so much about the band, but the fact that both Martin and Johan from Demonical were in it, was enough to have some high hopes. First time I also witnessed Johan doing the lead vocals:) He did fine and I really enjoyed the gig!!!;)
Line up: Johan Jansson – Guitar/Vocals (S.G.R., Demonical, Regurgitate, Uncurbed, Centinex, Dellamorte, Moondark, Beyond) / John Forsberg – Guitar (Beyond) / Martin Schulman – Bass (Demonical, Centinex), Kennet Englund – Drums (Centinex, Moondark, Uncanny, Dellamorte)
I´ve been at The Cave quite often lately…last time I went there too late and missed the first band. Now I got there too early instead and got almost too much time in my hands. So I had some coffee and went social with those who were there that early…like the staff and misc. bandmembers. Dark times on the stage as usual. Still, I find the lights quite pretty. First band out was Scaar.
Sorry for the delay, but here´s finally the last one of the novemberbands: the Swedish/Norwegian Saint Deamon. I met the guys before when my studiomate Micke J. did a promoshoot with them. Never saw them live and didn´t know how they sounded like, though. I was positively surprised…not my kind of metal, but they were really good! Fun to watch, too. The lights were really dim and…oh yes….blue and green:) Wonder how it will be tomorrow night? I´m going to the same place. Wanna bet on the colouring??;)
Hilarious show with IA and the guys in Freak Kitchen! IA really knows the art of smalltalking between the songs… ;) The music was great and the place was totally rocking. And the bar run out of beer!!:D
Don´t really know how many times I´ve been to a Vörgus gig. Many, many times…and I still love to see the show:) Miss the green shirts, though;) Too tired right now, so no more writing, just some pics.
My old friends Jonaz & Kacper (Nattas) teamed up with the legendary guitarist Mike Wead (Mercyful Fate, King Diamond) and the result was bibleblack.
Really cool stuff, I must say! I liked the music and they were also really good looking on stage in their suits;) Very dim lights most of the time, but I like the photos…
Kacper Rozanski – Vocals, Mike Wead – Guitar. Simon Johansson – Guitar, Jonaz Bülund – Bass, Staffan Lundholm (new guy) – Drums
Got a message from Harry who told me that his band Electric Mayhem (wasn´t EM the band Animal played in in the Muppet show??;)) was going to play at a new rock/metalclub in Sundbyberg. He also asked if I could come over to shoot some pics. So I did.
Cool place with ok stage and lights. The sound could have been better, though. The other band playing was the well known Abramis Brama, and both bands got this 70´s groovy sound and look. And today I realized what Abramis Brama means…It´s a FISH!! I always thought it was somekind of hippiechant;))All photos:
